I ended up using thrifted sheets for the materials and flatlining rather than using interfacing or interlining, a mid-range coat rack from Amazon for the base (I wanted the extra support to keep it from tipping over), a length of pvc from the hardware store, and cushion foam and stuffing using some serious coupons from my local fabric store
