60's Gray and Mustard Floral Slouch Hat by Sally Victor Headlines velvet blazer Only thing we noticed -1960's Sally Victor hat in a floral pattern of gray, brown, tan and beige. Fabric is a soft felt. Crown is indented and the sides are styled to indent on one side and be straight on the opposite. Interior is finished with a bright red acetate lining and a gray grosgrain ribbon. Excellent condition showing no wear or age. Inner circumference is 21 1 2 inches. Measuring on the outside, side to side is 13 inches. Label is Sally Victor Headlines. The
