A double sided sash badge in Gold, consisting of a four armed cross with three trefoil ended arms, in white enamelling, each quadrant displaying a bright green enamelled Maltese cross with ball finials, surmounted by the Italian royal crown in Gold, measuring 51. 17 mm (w) x 79. 50 mm (h inclusive of crown suspension), weighting 17. 1 grams, with minor overall enamel
