Thirteen herbs and spices have gone into Dave Fletcher's wonderful Acobia Bitter Vino, which is two more than the Colonel managed for KFC's secret recipe. Certified organic Arneis was the base for the alcohol into which the herbs were infused. It's full of citrus, cherry cola, and a myriad of other flavours. It has great length and vibrancy, with a full bodied
