Salomon Lindberg Reserve 1er Erste Lage 2017 adelsheim with light desserts or evenLindberg is an Erste Lage classified vineyard in Krems, located between the vineyards Kgl and Wachtberg. The Grner Veltliner vines here are over 80 years old and are planted on a soil of loess over slate in a cool, breezy meso climate. The fruit was hand picked, crushed and macerated for 12 hours, then cold settled for 48 hours. Wild yeast fermented for 8 weeks in stainless steel, then matured over winter on fine lees.
