Constructed of red cotton, reinforced along all four edges with a single row of machine stitching, overlaid by double sided dyed white cotton discs measuring 21 cm in diameter, in turn bearing a black mobile swastika, the corners of the hoist edge retaining two desiccated leather patches featuring drawstrings, unmarked, measuring 41 cm (w) x 34 cm (h), demonstrating minor material fatigue which includes a tear to the upper hoist edge corner,
