Domaine Galuval Cairanne 'La Vallee' Blanc 2019 Size::6 Bottle Case To create the fizz theLa Valle is a meticulously crafted blend of Clairette, Roussanne and Viognier grapes from the Gayre Valley. 30% of the blend is aged for 9 months in new barrels and the remaining 70% is matured in stainless steel vats. The nose, typical of Clairette and Viognier, develops aromas of ripe stone fruits and sage, lifted by citrus notes. The palate is structured by subtle oak ageing, with notes of hazelnut, honey and elderflower on the finish.
