Constructed of silvered tombak, the obverse consisting of an oval laurel leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by ribbon, with a central Stahlhelm on top of crossed swords over a hollow void, the reverse with a threaded screwpost retaining an original backplate, unmarked, measuring 38. 12 mm (w) x 43. 21 mm (h), weighing 14. 6 grams, demonstrating a period repair to the eleven oclock position of
