This was the case for Western Son Distillery guys who left their corporate careers and set out in Pilot Point, Texas in a 30,000 square foot building that used to be The Old Panty Factory. Their yellow corn comes from the Midwest and Texas and they use water from a local aquifer to make their Spirits in column and copper pot stills. Plus, a portion of their profits goes
