In silver gilt, a cross with light blue enamel arms, the obverse medallion presents a seated Britannia surrounded by a red enamelled ring inscribed FOR GOD AND THE EMPIRE, the reverse is plain with the center embossed with the crowned cypher of King George V, surmounted by a crown, measures 64 mm (w) x 85. 2 mm (h), unmarked, enamels intact, gilt wear, a notable section of loss on the right side of the 6 oclock arm, worn on a
